What about health or family details?
Kaviar replaces what identifies the person. Once the name, date of birth and address are replaced, a sick leave or a family situation no longer points to anyone. To cover specific terms, use the Strict level and the Vault.
Can I prove what was protected?
Yes. The log counts what was replaced, by type and by date, and can be exported. It never contains the information itself.
